USER GUIDE

Navigating the main menu options using the trackwheel or trackball. You can choose to play a Quick cross or a form of puzzle Crossword Main Menu

Navigating the main menu options using the trackwheel or trackball. You can choose to play the daily puzzle (a new puzzle is availalbe every day except weekends and holidays) or you can choose a puzzle from the archive of 60 days. You can also choose High Scores or Instructions in this menu

Navigate across the screen (up, down, left and right) using the track ball, track wheel or arrow keys on your phone

A highlight box will indicate which empty square you are. In Quick Cross a set of indices based on the grid are displayed at the top and bottom of the puzzle. In Crossword the index is displayed at the top of the screen. Highlights in width and are showing signs posted on the respective places. The goal is to find the answer to the key and fill the square grid appropriately. Use '0 'or' DEL 'to clear the letter you entered

Puzzle time is given to complete the whole puzzle, participants must complete the puzzle within the time fixed for the full score. If he fails to complete the puzzle within the given notation is made accordingly. Scores can be submitted to high scores even before completing the entire puzzle through Submit Puzzle option. You can quietly solve the puzzle by hiding the timer using Hide Timer option.

When you play the game, you can press the trackball, scroll wheel or fire key, and get the options menu. You can select the various tips / Solve options to help you solve the puzzle

Solve Cell help you find the correct letter for a cell, Solve Word brings you the good word index, lit from above. Solve the puzzle solves the puzzle together. Show Errors help you to find cells with wrong answers.

Quick Cross Scoring

10 points for each correct word. 25 points bonus for each 10 seconds you finish early. Lose 25 bonus points for each letter omitted or entered incorrectly. 150 points bonus for a complete and correct

Key Assignments & Navigation Short Cuts

• Use the arrow keys / track wheel / track ball on your phone to get through the puzzle (UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT
• Use the letter keys on your phone to enter a letter in the square
• Press "0" or "Delete" to delete a letter from a square
• Press "*" to show the ACROSS index (horizontal) and tab to the next clue in the same orientation
• Press "#" to show the index down (vertically) and tab to next index in the same orientation
• If your phone has a scroll wheel, you can press ALT while moving the wheel to navigate left and right, while without the "ALT" key, the track wheel navigation is UP-DOWN
