Clouds & Sheep 1.0.1 is an android casual game which is developed by HandyGames.
Pros:
- Extremely attractive visuals
- Pretty good controls
- Gameplay can get extremely hectic
- Full of fun
Cons:
- No technic
- Lack of purpose
- Cannot control a flock of sheep
In my opinion,
Clouds & Sheep presents a great, unique concept and takes the time to give it some real charm and character. As a casual game for android, it is really relaxing and addictive. More

Game Starts
You start with a small flock of sheep, who are milling about, making (very human-like) 'baa' noises, and generally staring gormlessly at the screen.
Tasks such as growing grass for the sheep to eat, making sure they stay out of trouble and breeding them. But then there are the more interesting tasks, like gathering clouds together to make it rain, or storm, so that the sheep will have water to drink.
Then there's play time, either by tossing the sheep around or pulling their tails and letting them snap back to send the sheep rolling.
It looks cruel, but they love it, and they prove their love by giving you stars you can use to spend on supplies and other items to keep the sheep happy.
Graphics & Sound
The sheep are adorable, the backgrounds are colorful and the special effects make the whole world seem vibrantly alive.
I'm especially fond of the flat, cutout style of some of the props and other items in the game. The use of shadows makes it easy to see exactly where you are going to place an object.
The sounds are nice and great at grabbing your attention when needed.
Controls
You can usually pick-up the sheep you want without a problem, even when in a large group, although pulling their tails can be tricky, even when by themselves. Even moving to a certain depth within the screen is as easy as moving up or down. They work very well.
Gameplay
You'll find yourself working as fast as you can to keep up with the fast-changing moods of the individual sheep. You might cure one only to find yourself scrambling to feed another while others need water, sun, etc. It's fun, but it can run you ragged.
Final Thoughts
Clouds & Sheep is a pretty unusual game. The cute graphics and open gameplay make it easy for me to recommend this to people who get sucked right into addictive, well-done casual games, but the openness seems to lead to a lack of direction, where players might be wondering what to do next.
