Groupon HD Arrives For iPad

Groupon, the popular deal-of-the-day site, released an iPad app free in the App Store. And now the Groupon HD for iPad is available.

Like the iPhone/iPod touch app, Groupon HD for iPad offers local deals, such as discounted spa treatments, lower priced meals, and reduced tickets for local events. In total, Groupon offers services in 170 U.S. locations, with more added monthly.

In taking advantage of the iPad's larger screen, Groupon HD offers users many more deals than their iPhone counterparts.Each listing includes the Buy price, discount, and the time left to buy. Also show are the address, website, and mapped location of the business making the offer.
